What a Typical Day Looks Like

📅 Monday – Friday | 🕗 8 AM – 5 PM

  • Morning sessions

  • 1-hour lunch (with pool access)

  • Afternoon sessions + mentoring

  • Fridays: Fun prep for Saturday showcase

  • Saturdays: 🎤 Student showcase + BBQ at Mullins Park

Students Bring:

  • A laptop

  • Their own lunch

  • Broward’s Brightest is not your typical summer camp. We’re a 2-week intensive summer school experience designed for motivated students aged 13–18 who want to sharpen their minds, build real-world skills, and explore their cultural identity—all while having fun.

  • Broward’s Brightest gives your teen the chance to stay mentally sharp, gain practical knowledge, and build confidence in a supportive, engaging environment. Let’s make this summer one they’ll never forget—and you’ll never regret.

  • We offer 8 sessions throughout the summer, each lasting 2 weeks.

    • Session 1 starts June 9th

    • Last session ends in mid-August

    • Registration closes the Friday before each new session begins

  • We run a full-day schedule to support working families and maximize learning time:
    🕗 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

  • Not at this time. Parents/guardians must arrange drop-off and pickup.

  • Only $500 per student per session, covering all materials, supervision, and activities.

  • We currently accept two convenient payment options:

  • Broward’s Brightest is proudly organized and funded through Talented Tenth Law, PLLC, as part of our firm’s commitment to educational equity and youth empowerment. Your receipt and communication may reflect the law firm’s name for this reason.

  • Broward’s Brightest is an intensive, fast-paced learning program, not a daycare or camp. Every minute counts, and we are unable to lose valuable instructional time managing repeated behavioral issues.

    To maintain a safe and focused environment, we enforce a strict three-strike policy per session:

    • Strike 1: Verbal warning and documentation

    • Strike 2: Parent/guardian will be contacted

    • Strike 3: Student will be dismissed from the program without a refund

    Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior—including bullying, repeated non-compliance, or interfering with others' learning—will not be tolerated. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Let’s work together to ensure every student has the chance to thrive.

  • Each student chooses one course per session. Options include:

    Each course features custom learning materials, fieldwork, and hands-on projects.

  • Each course is self-paced, allowing students to take control of their learning, but students are closely supervised and guided by trained staff.

  • Our exact location is TBD in Coral Springs, but it will be central and convenient for families. Open House is held every Friday at 6 PM for families to visit the site and meet our team.

  • Definitely. Email us at info@browardsbrightest.com, call us at (973) 855-0265, or attend one of our weekly Open Houses every Friday at 6 PM.

  • Full payment is due by the Friday before each session begins to confirm your student’s spot.

  • Yes, students may join mid-session, but please note the following important policies:

    • Tuition is not prorated. The full $500 fee still applies regardless of start date.

    • There is no guarantee of completion or certification if your child does not finish all required coursework and activities by the end of the session.

    • We strongly encourage students to begin on Day 1 to get the full benefit of the program and meet all learning objectives.
